McGraw Hill

We set out to make a short promo video that showed how the game helps kids learn in a fun, engaging way. Rather than just showing gameplay, we pulled out the most memorable elements and built a small world around them. The characters tackle the same kinds of challenges kids face in the game, making the learning feel more alive. We also included Digit, the friendly dog mascot, giving a quick clue when our main character looks confused. To make everything pop, we added highlights and shadows for a polished, cartoon-style look. Overall, it was a fun way to show what makes the game special without relying only on screen recordings.

Games from the gameplay:

Gummy Bear
Roller Coaster Game

In this game, kids were asked to determine the total number of gummy bears and how many could fit on each coaster cart. Digit the dog could be clicked for helpful hints, so we had Digit “bark a hint” to assist our teddy bear character in solving the problem.

Games from the gameplay:

Fish Measuring Game

The gameplay focused on teaching kids how to use a ruler to measure the length of each fish and the fish huts so they could match them correctly. For the promotional animation, we amped up the fun by showing a fish getting measured, then happily swimming into a house with the same measurement. To seal the win, Digit the dog popped up behind the house with an approving reaction, signaling that the choice was correct and celebrating the success.

features from gameplay:

Customization

In the game, players earn tokens by winning mini games, which they can use to customize their character. For the promo, we wanted to elevate the story to better match that experience. So we showed our character finding a token and then dropping it into a slot to update their look. It helps make it clear that tokens are earned and spent to unlock new styles.
